Because I’m passionate about self-development, I became an IGI℠ (Interactive Guided Imagery℠) practitioner in 2013 and a coach through Coach for Life in 2002.  In 2015, I began creating digital products geared for spiritual, health and personal development intentions, which imitate the beneficial effects of IGI℠ sessions. Images are the primary medium I work with in IGI℠ coaching sessions.  I believe the primal language of the subconscious mind consists of images and pictures, not words or thoughts. We first “see” pictures in the mind, then put thoughts and words to the images seen.

The internal language of images—within the imagination—has a powerful and direct affect on actions, feelings and emotions about yourself, your situations in life, and your relationships.   I enjoy encouraging my clients to create their own happiness, to awaken to their soul’s purpose and to see life from a different viewpoint than where they are at present.

To me, if you don’t have the “deep down in your gut” knowing what your soul’s purpose is all about, you are like a hiker stopped on a mountain trail, three-fourths of the way to the top, only able to view the trees and thinking the trees you see must be all there is. I also design and create malas as a powerful tool for energy healing and spiritual growth.  I let the stones speak to me and follow where they lead.  Each Mystic Mala is infused with Reiki energy and loving intention during the creation process and cleansed before being sent to its new home.  I create limited quantity creations and a few one-of-a-kind pieces. My Personal Life
I love time with my family, friends and cats (cats are people too, you know or so they keep trying to convince me); creating beautiful jewelry on my patio, taking classes and learning new things (rappelled down cliffs and even fire-walked..,what was I thinking?), making new friends, laughing, traveling and enjoying this life I’m blessed to have. I like to think of myself as a mala wearing, crystal vibing, oil dropping, meditating yogini and coach who loves creating spiritually energetic jewelry and who loves reflecting the beauty within others back to them.
