Dana Russell is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Advanced Certified Contemporary Cupping Therapist. For over a decade she has been providing her clients with remarkable results thanks to her extensive set of skills and experience with medical and deep tissue massage. Dana has a passion for fusing ancient and modern healing modalities to provide her clients with long-term results that stretch beyond the momentary relaxation experience.

Dana is a Dallas native, growing up in Farmers Branch where she co-owned and operated her large family retail store. Working with and contributing to her community taught her invaluable lessons in customer and civic service. She has a diverse background in many vocations including graphic design, Aerospace sales and software marketing. Her ultimate achievement consisted of raising three, talented and self-sufficient daughters, whom are all world travelers and college graduates. As a single mother she became interested in holistic remedies for her family and that attraction became a passion which lead her on the path of the natural healing arts.

Dana offers AroMassage Fusion, an intuitive blend of massage therapy (Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage), therapeutic aromatherapy together with Chinese and Ayurvedic modalities. She also offers Contemporary Cupping Therapy, a traditional, time-honored treatment remaining favored by millions of people worldwide because it is safe, comfortable and remarkably effective for many health conditions. It uses negative pressure, or suction, rather than compression for bodywork ranging from myofascial release to lymphatic drainage- and everything in between! Cupping rapidly facilitates rigid soft tissue release, loosens and lifts connective tissues, breaks up adhesions and drains stagnation while increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in a way not possible with compression.
